d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data The Company collects personal data both by fully or partially automated means and by non-automatic methods that are part of the data recording system; It is collected and processed directly by your phone call, physical form filling, and direct automatic systems (other websites that allow you to apply for a job, our Company's website, data integration and telephone channel).

e) Rights of the Personal Data Owner stated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out below, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners;

You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or in written form via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, securely. You can send it by using electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding. In your application;

b) TR for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. your identification number, your nationality if you are a foreigner, your passport number or your identification number, if any,
e) Your residence or workplace address subject to notification,
d) Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,
d) The subject of your request must be included, and if any, information and documents regarding the subject must be added to the application. Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the full and qualified conduct of the research to be carried out by the Company based on your request. In this case, the Company declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent completely and containing the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
