a) Identity of the Data Controller In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698 or the Law”), your personal data is collected and processed by WASTE GRUP, as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

b) Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed: Your personal data/special personal data collected with the job application form (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data);

• Subject to your disclosure of your personal data to us; Evaluating your job application request and suitability for the relevant position,

• Carrying out and finalizing recruitment processes within the framework of our company's human resources policies and communicating with you within this scope.

• Ensuring that legal and commercial obligations are fulfilled by our Company and those who have business relations with our Company

• It is processed for the purposes of determining and implementing our Company's business strategies and developing and improving the Recruitment Principles implemented by our Company.

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your collected personal data;

• Subject to your disclosure of your personal data to us; Evaluation of your job application request and suitability for the relevant position,

• Carrying out and finalizing recruitment processes within the framework of our company's human resources policies and communicating with you within this scope

• Ensuring that legal and commercial obligations are fulfilled by our Company and the people who have a business relationship with our Company.

• For the purposes of determining and implementing our Company's business strategies and developing and improving the employment principles implemented by our Company; To our suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private legal entities; If you give your explicit consent, it is transferred to our business partners, shareholders and affiliates.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data The Company collects personal data both by fully or partially automated means and by non-automatic methods that are part of the data recording system; It is collected and processed directly by your phone call, physical form filling, and direct automatic systems (other websites that allow you to apply for a job, our Company's website, data integration and telephone channel).
Company data is specified in the 5th and 6th avenues of the Law;

• It is clearly provided for in the law,

• It is mandatory to fulfill its legal obligation,

• It is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract and processing is necessary,

• Processing is necessary for legitimate interest,

• It has been made public by you,

• Processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

• With your explicit consent, your collected personal data will be kept for 2 years in our Company's Human Resources unit to be evaluated in business processes and used in activities related to recruitment organizations.

e) Rights of the Personal Data Owner stated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out below, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners;

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

•  Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

•  Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

•  Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

•  Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

•  Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the work carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to request compensation for the damages.

• You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or in written form via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, securely. You can send it by using electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding. In your application;

a) Your name, surname and your signature if the application is written,

b) TR for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. your identification number, your nationality if you are a foreigner, your passport number or your identification number, if any,

e) Your residence or workplace address subject to notification,

d) Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,

d) The subject of your request must be included, and if any, information and documents regarding the subject must be added to the application. Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the full and qualified conduct of the research to be carried out by the Company based on your request. In this case, the Company declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent completely and containing the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
