Mechanical Tests
Tensile, Bending, Notch Impact, Macro, Micro, Hardness, Spectral Analysis
Our 2 pulling devices have a capacity of 100 tons and we provide service in the range of 0÷100 tons. The capacity of one of our notch impact devices is 3÷300 joules and the other is 3÷450 joules.
Tests can be performed at temperatures between room temperature and -196°C. HV, HR A B C hardness measurements can be made with our three desktop devices. Field hardness checks can be performed with our two mobile hardness devices.
Macro and micro examination of materials and resources can be performed with our desktop microscope. With our portable microscope, macro and micro examination of materials and resources is carried out under field conditions. Material analysis (spectral analysis) examination is carried out through subcontractors. We have a bakelite pick-up device for parts that are difficult to handle.

VT-Visual Test

Welding and Welder Tests
WPS-Welding Specification, WPQR, PQR-Welding Qualification Record, WPQ-Welder Qualification Test
If the service will be provided to the company, a WPS, WPQR, PQR, WPQ form is prepared, all procedures stipulated by the test standard are carried out, and if the results are positive, WPS, WPQR, PQR, WPQ are published. We approve the relevant document as the company that organizes and carries out the tests. This document comes into force with the approval of the company official.
If an accredited institution approved WPS, WPQR, PQR, WPQ is needed, this service is provided by organizing it.
